Senior Account Manager (Pharma / Tradeshows)

Impact XM is a global leader in experiential marketing, and we're looking for a Senior Account Manager (Pharma / Trade Shows) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client relationships, and flawless event execution. In this role, you'll take the lead on high-value pharmaceutical accounts, guiding complex programs from idea to impact-while mentoring rising stars and helping our agency grow.

What You'll Be Doing :

Client & Relationship Management

• Serve as the go-to advisor for key healthcare / pharma clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, delivery, and strategic value.
• Develop account retention plans and uncover new growth opportunities within existing clients.
• Lead client onboarding, business reviews, and the day-to-day touchpoints that keep relationships strong.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Directors on RFPs, pitch decks, and business development.
