A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts and develop relationships to promote retention
Work with sales, technical support, and professional services to facilitate customer onboarding and renewals
Proactively manage customer relationships and identify at-risk accounts to ensure positive experiences
Required Qualifications
BA / BS preferred or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in a related role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
Ability to interface with complex clients, preferably at the director level
