JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Recreation Manager, the incumbent oversees and assists with the daily responsibilities of the Pool front-line personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must adhere to Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures.
• Supervises the pool & spa area to ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with established policies.
• Assists with employee evaluations and administers established training programs.
• Ensures quality customer service.
• Communicates / coordinates with Engineering on pool & spa maintenance issues.
• Manages the inventory and stock of supplies for the department.
• Handles unique guest requests using extensive knowledge of the Resort Casino as well as surrounding areas.
• Performs work of subordinates as needed.
• Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) year of pool & spa experience or an equivalent combination of experience and / or education is required.
