Job Title : Onsite Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist at SwiftX Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be essential in ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding SwiftX deliver services, package inquiries, delivery attempt request etc.Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.Coordinating between operations team and customer's inquiries.Shift 1 : 6 : 00AM- 14 : 30PM;
Shift 2 : 9 : 00AM-17 : 30PM
Requirements
Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English or English and Spanish is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Join our dynamic team at SwiftX Inc. and help us provide an outstanding experience for our customers!
