Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Consumer Advertising Operations Manager to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office.

As a key member of Ingram's Consumer Marketing business, you will oversee day-to-day operations of Ingram iD-an automated advertising platform where publishers and authors can advertise to readers-managing ads, reporting, and support. You will create and execute the customer experience strategy for the platform, addressing product inquiries, service inquiries and product education. You'll execute advertising adjustments within third-party advertising platforms, solicit and manage customer feedback, and compile and analyze reporting. You'll use your deep knowledge of the platform to make recommendations for improvements to the user experience, products and operations.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or year-for-year related experience
• 5 years' experience in product management, marketing operations, or digital marketing / advertising

Key Responsibilities :

Hiring Salary Range : $74,353k-$94,011k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
