Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Architect with 7-9 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Genesys contact center solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture : Develop and design robust, scalable, and high-performance Genesys architectures that align with business requirements.
• Implementation : Lead the implementation of Genesys solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization of Genesys components.
• Integration : Ensure seamless integration of Genesys solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
• Performance Tuning : Optimize the performance of Genesys solutions, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
• Documentation : Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.
• Support : Provide advanced support for Genesys solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
