The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of EBSCO's Clinical Decisions products in healthcare settings, which include but are not limited to, hospitals, health systems, and medical schools. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Clinical Decisions products are effectively and efficiently integrated into existing clinical workflows and processes, maximizing value, and improving outcomes. This includes integration with Electronic Health Record systems using Single Sign-on, clinical portals, HL7 Infobutton, and more. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

You will be welcomed as a member of the Clinical Decisions Technical Implementation team, closely collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Development. You will play a key role in the POD- a cross functional team dedicated to a specific set of customers. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. About You
Bachelor's degree in health administration, information technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management + Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols. + Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects. + Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + This is a fully remote role and the ability to work across time zones and travel up to 25% of the time or as needed to support implementation projects at various locations is required

Pay Range USD $98,315.00 - USD $140,450.00 / Yr. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
