Maintenance Director, SNF Experience Required

Director of Maintenance — Keep Our Facility Running Flawlessly!

Are you a proactive, skilled, and highly motivated maintenance professional ready to lead a dynamic team? Aston Health is seeking a dedicated Director of Maintenance to ensure our facility operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard.

As our Director of Maintenance , you’ll oversee everything from electrical and plumbing systems to groundskeeping, fire alarms, and mechanical equipment — keeping every part of our facility in top shape for residents and staff alike.

What You’ll Do as Director of Maintenance :

Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians and contractors

Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, CMS, and local / state / federal building codes

Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, emergency repairs, and general upkeep of all systems

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and expenditures

Conduct regular inspections of life safety systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, and equipment

Manage maintenance budgets, including capital expenditures and cost-saving initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and facility operations

Ensure landscaping, trash removal, and all exterior property needs are maintained

Maintain inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment for timely repairs and maintenance

What You Bring to the Role :

5+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Plant Operations, or Maintenance within healthcare

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems

In-depth understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements

Ability to troubleshoot, plan, and execute maintenance schedules efficiently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
