Position Summary :

We are seeking a Mechanically Inclined Maintenance Shop Hand to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical skills who is eager to learn and grow. You’ll assist with diagnosing equipment issues, coordinating vendor repairs, and supporting various shop needs. This individual must also be flexible and willing to jump in on the production line or anywhere else help is needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with identifying and diagnosing mechanical or equipment issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors for repair or parts services.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the production line during downtime or high-volume periods.
• Assist in other departments or tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Learn new skills and procedures to grow into a more advanced maintenance or technician role.
