Hweler + Yoon is a vibrant architectural design firm with over 20 employees, dedicated to creating transformational impacts in the built environment and achieving design excellence across various project scales. Led by esteemed partners Eric Hweler and J. Meejin Yoon, our studio is renowned for its research-driven, socially engaged, and innovative design work. We are actively seeking talented, motivated, and responsible Entry-Level Designers with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Boston, MA.

Qualifications :

• Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing and developing comprehensive drawing sets.
• Outstanding design and graphic skills, with the capacity to engage in complex project conceptualization from pre-design to construction documentation.
• Experience in design collaboration and coordination with consultant teams.
• Advanced skills in digital modeling and rendering.
• Strong organizational abilities, adept at meeting deadlines while being flexible.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, consultants, firm leadership, and the design team.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
• A strong work ethic, proactivity, and self-motivation are essential.
