Basic Function :   Responsible to ensure product is packed and shipped efficiently, accurately, and timely through the SAP system.  Receive into SAP any materials, supplies, and RG’s that arrive each day and deliver items to appropriate locations.

Tasks :

• Maintain department 5S and Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Manufacturing closeouts in I-5 then upload to process orders in SAP system
• Create delivery notes for shipments to customer from closed out manufacturing orders
• Find product and provide production personnel with appropriate documents to package material
• Collate documents to pull product from stock to be packed for shipment to customer
• Process documents for shipping / invoicing / producing a bill of lading.
• Unload trucks delivering materials safely and efficiently.
• Record all receipts daily into SAP.
• Process UPS and FedEx parcel shipments unloading boxes offline to a pallet for parcel service to pick up.
• File bill of ladings and Radiac’s copies of packing list (green sheet).
• Pack product according to work instructions.
• Meet shipping requirements daily per established standards.
• Communicate with Customer Service to ship product correctly to the customer.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
