We are seeking a Database Administrator who can bridge technical expertise with business collaboration. This role requires someone comfortable working closely with IT teams while partnering directly with business users to resolve issues and support projects.

Candidates must be local to the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN metropolitan area. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship both now and in the future. No C2C or third party.

Position Highlights :

• Location : Northwest metro
• Hybrid Schedule : Full-time, with 3 days per week in the office.
• Compensation : Target range is $100,000-$115,000 plus bonus, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
• On-Call Rotation : Part of an 8-person rotation; efforts are made to minimize disruptions.
