The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Lehi, Utah.

Schedule Notes :

M-F 8-430pm, occasional weekend rotation, no on-call

Skills :

1 year of nursing or case management

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, preferred

Education :

Associate Degree in Nursing is required.  Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.

State RN license or RN license from a participating state in the NLC- Required

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)- Required

Float Requirements :

Zone 2 : (based in Salt Lake, UT)- Holy Cross Davis Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley West Hospital, Holy Cross Salt Lake Hospital, Holy Cross Mountain Point Hospital
