A company is looking for a Software Engineer Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements for system enhancements and rollouts
Lead the team in sizing projects and backlog items, adjusting scope as necessary
Shape the architecture and design of the product while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience in project management and team leadership
Proficiency in software development methodologies
Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Ability to manage application performance in production environments
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
