Job descriptionAt least 1 year experience as a Caregiver / Certified Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities). NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide - a must have Must be fully covid vaccinated & boosted 2-step PPD Physical within the last 12 months Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile Compensation and Benefits for the Certified Home Health Aide- Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem Salary : $17-20 per hour (depending on experience and case) Full-time, part-time, per-diem shifts Flexible scheduling Bonuses for employee referrals Competitive Compensation Paid training and professional development opportunities Bi-weekly pay

Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide-
- Ability to perform personal care activities that will enable patients with their activities of daily living, this includes and not limited to :
- Personal Hygiene (assist with toileting and bathroom)
- Dressing / Shaving
- Prepare meals and snacks according to specific diet instructions
- Ambulation / Transfers
- Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping activities which includes (not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms).
- Certified Home Health Aides should have the following skills and qualifications :
High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
