We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Level 2 Trauma Center, providing expert anesthesia care in a supervised model. This is a prime opportunity for experienced nurse anesthetists to work in a high-acuity hospital setting with 15 operating rooms and 4 endoscopy suites. CRNA Job Details – Duluth, MN

Location : Duluth, Minnesota (Minnesota healthcare jobs)

Facility Type : Level 2 Trauma Center

Start Date : January 16, 2026

Shifts per Week : 5 (12-hour shifts)

Estimated Weekly Hours : 36

Patient Encounters per Shift : 4-5

Supervised Anesthesia Model : Yes

Call Opportunity : Available for interested CRNAs

CRNA Qualifications & Requirements

Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Minnesota

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in acute care, trauma, or hospital settings

Board Certification as a CRNA required

Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

Experience in adult general anesthesia required; pediatric anesthesia experience preferred

Proficiency in neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and obstetrical anesthesia procedures

Skills in pain management, ventilation management, arterial line placement, and acute volume / blood pressure management

CRNA Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia care for scheduled surgeries in a supervised model at a busy trauma center

Provide anesthesia for neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and obstetrical cases

Perform pain management and manage ventilation and acute hemodynamic issues

Place arterial lines and monitor patient vitals

Participate in pediatric ENT and outpatient specialty cases (if pediatric trained)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient care

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Optional : Take call shifts for additional clinical experience
