We are actively hiring Pre-Litigation Case Managers and Litigation Paralegals to join our growing team. These are fast-paced, people-focused positions where you'll be a critical part of the client journey. All paralegals at The Jeffcoat Firm are expected to uphold ethical compliance with the South Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct, accurately document all actions and communications in client case files, and actively participate in required daily huddles and monthly firm-wide meetings. These shared responsibilities help ensure consistent, high-quality service and strong collaboration across our team.

Pre-Litigation Case Manager Responsibilities :

• Responsible for documenting all actions and communication in the client's case file.
• Interact with clients providing case status, assistance with medical treatment, collecting case information, and education as to the personal injury claim process.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile.
• Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
• Review medical records and bills.
• Draft demands.
• Verify lien amounts.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
