This role supports multiple sites and requires a flexible schedule. The manager will travel between locations and must be able to provide coverage as needed. Hours of operation are 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM, and scheduling will vary based on business needs. Manages the daily operations for patient access functions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities : Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Assists with developing specific departmental goals, policies and procedures, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Supports special projects and business analysis as requested. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems / equipment / supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and / or stock supplies.

Education and Certification Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Additional Job Information : Complexity of Work : Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience : 1 year supervisory experience in a hospital setting.
