Job descriptionCandidates will possess functional knowledge of construction. Assist in managing multiple Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare and Government Project simultaneously with budgets of $150M+. Work directly Project Management team as well as sub-contractors and clients to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction Responsible for submittals, RFI's, RFP's, tracking change orders, and various other project documentation. Work directly with clients and owners. Interest in computers and technology, drones, AR / VR a plus. 2-3+ years experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry Experience working with General Contractor, preferred, not required. College degree - construction related a plus. Procore, Bluebeam This is primarily an in office position, however, some travel to the jobsite may be required. Must enjoy a team atmosphere. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
