We are a leading commercial contracting company specializing in high-quality interior projects, and we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a major retail interior fit-out within a busy East Brunswick shopping mall. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team delivering standout commercial spaces.

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the on-site management and successful delivery of the project from mobilization through completion. You will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors
• Oversee project scheduling, logistics, and daily planning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
• Work closely with project managers, trades, mall operations, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Track project progress and report regularly on performance
