We are a fast growing San Diego based restaurant group is seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to support leadership at a high volume Baja inspired fast casual location. The concept is celebrated for authentic street style tacos, fresh press tortillas, and a high energy service style. This role supports daily operations, team development, and consistent delivery of brand standards while growing into future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing front and back of house operations
• Lead by example on the floor to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Assist with scheduling, labor controls, and food cost management
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver great guest experiences
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Execute inventory, ordering, and waste control processes
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure all food safety and brand standards are followed each shift
