The Studio Manager at Watson plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio while supporting leadership, creative, and accounts teams. As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of Watson. From executive scheduling and client travel to team events and studio operations, you’ll blend operational expertise with a passion for creating a workplace that’s as inspiring as the work we produce.

Responsibilities
- Executive & Leadership Support : Provide day-to-day support for Watson’s leadership team : William Richmond-Watson (Founder & CCO), Chris Dixon (Executive Creative Director & Partner), Anabelle Soloway (Vice President & Partner), Frank Malandruccolo (Finance Director).
- Creative & Accounts Support : Schedule, arrange and coordinate travel and client meetings; Manage expense reports and track billable expenses; Work with Creative team to hire new designers; Onboard and offboard new and past employees (with support of IT); Provide support with recruiting & hiring; Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all studio technology operates smoothly.
- Operations : Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished studio environment that reflects the Watson brand; Oversee vendor relationships, office supplies, studio equipment and subscriptions; Execute special studio projects ad-hoc; Coordinate PTO for resourcing and team planning.
- Culture & Team Experience : Plan and organize a range of company events and programming including birthdays, Happy Hours and art gallery walks, Summer and Holiday dinners, and more; Coordinate internal communications and calendars.
