Job Description

Morning Walk is looking for a strategic and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support both our internal initiatives and client ecommerce efforts.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, traffic and revenue.
• Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Programmatic, with a focus on driving profitable growth for clients.
• Partner with creative, content and CRM / data teams to deliver conversion-focused online experiences, including product launches, promotional calendars, and product storytelling.
• Set up and monitor tracking systems using GA4, Meta CAPI, UTM using appropriate 3rd party partners (i.e. Skai, Triple Whale, Rockerbox) with UTM parameters to ensure accurate campaign measurement and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIsincluding conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV, ROAS, TACoS and customer retentionand translate insights into actionable optimizations, including A / B testing strategies.
• Audit client ecommerce sites and provide data-backed recommendations to improve user experience, conversion funnels, SEO, merchandising, and adherence to MAP pricing policies.
• Manage Shopify integrations, Google Merchant Center connections, etc. ultimately driving incremental sales lift, then generating performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and incorporate ecommerce trends and platform updates into client strategies.
• Stay ahead of emerging tools, technologies, and best practices, serving as a strategic partner to clients in growing their online revenue.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact performance.
