The Digital Marketing Specialist will coordinate the development and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive top line revenue for the Global Rental Operations team. This role will also coordinate and implement the design and development of consumer facing programs including e-Commerce, digital marketing, social media, and paid media.

This person will work closely with other departments including Strategic Partnerships, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, Database Management, Product Development, Call Center, Finance, Legal, as well as the Global Rental Operations team (Yield, Sales, Distribution, Rental Services, and Operations) to implement these programs.

How You'll Shine

Strategic Planning and Partnering

• Support Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deploy content for promotional campaigns through email development, web content, paid digital, print, direct mail, web banners, web promo tiles, and billboard design.
• Partner with Analysts to use response analytics and data attributes in creating and optimizing strategic campaigns.
• Partner with internal resources including Brand & Communications, Web / Digital Teams, Engagement Teams, Database Management, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, Resort Operations, Owner Services, Call Center Operations and Legal to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
