Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Agent (Contract).
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct structured video interview screenings with candidates
Evaluate candidate responses and make hiring decisions based on established criteria
Communicate promptly with candidates regarding next steps and coordinate onboarding details
Required Qualifications :
Strong English proficiency
Ability to work 20-40 hours / week during 8 AM - 7 PM EST
Professionalism and respect when engaging with candidates
Previous recruiting or customer service experience
Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines
