As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the strategic leader for our Frame Mill. Direct, mentor, and empower a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts to achieve peak performance.

Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and reduce costs.

Strategize &

Own capacity planning and production scheduling, working cross-functionally with Schedulers, HR, and Quality teams to ensure objectives are met.

Champion Safety &

Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality, fostering a "zero-incident" and "right-the-first-time" culture.

10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership / management role.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and production flow.

A passion for developing people and a demonstrated ability to lead multi-shift operations.
