Job Overview

Mariani Landscape is looking for a Crew Leader! Cultivate a high-performing 3-4 member offsite crew, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency through consistent adherence to established work methods. Provide mentorship and training, empowering team members and leaders-in-training to achieve collective success and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate and manage daily job site operations for efficiency and quality.
• Enforce and maintain strict safety standards and procedures.
• Identify basic landscape plants and understand plant care.
• Basic Pruning Knowledge is ideal.
• Maintain accurate records field documentation. (Timekeeping (workday), Vehicle Inspection Form, Service Notification Cards)
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
• Safely transport crew and equipment to job sites.
