As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various financial transactions for our clients. Responsibilities :

• Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering questions and resolving issues
• Promote bank products and services to clients
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

The job requires a reliable vehicle to get to and from the Georgetown Branch, it is located in an area of Colorado that often needs AWD to get through the snow.

This job requires taking phone calls and assisting customers on the phone with common banking issues such as overdrafts, debit card functionality, and access to the digital banking platform.

Salary Description
