Job Description

As the Healthcare / Life Sciences GTM Readiness - Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives orchestration and activation to achieve pipeline, value wins and customer NPS targets. In this role, you are responsible for initiative definition, initiative design and initiative delivery and activation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Healthcare / Life Sciences GTM is successful for our customers, partners and employees.

Key outcomes

• Initiative Execution : Drive end-to-end initiative success across the organization, with expertise in Healthcare / Life Sciences and operational rigor to execute
• Program management : Drive cross-functional teams to align on and execute initiative delivery

Core Responsibilities

Execute initiative strategy and activation (working cross functionally with Global Industries and Solutions and key partners such as Industry GTM, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, Customer Success and other key stakeholders), including but not limited to :
