Provide personal care, companionship, and other services to help people feel at home in their home.

Responsibilities

Personal care : Help with bathing, dressing, shaving, oral hygiene, and mobility

Meal preparation : Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration

Medication management : Administer medication as directed by a physician

Transportation : Arrange transportation to appointments and other outings

Housekeeping : Perform tasks like laundry, washing dishes, and vacuuming

Schedule organization : Help organize a client's schedule and plan appointments

Health monitoring : Monitor health and wellbeing, and report any changes

Behavior assessments : Develop assessments to analyze a patient's progress
