Overview :

A growing organization in the construction and environmental services industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team in Woodstock, GA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate project setup, efficient billing processes, and timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up new projects in the accounting system after verifying information with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Prepare and process lien waivers for signature and submission.
• Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Support Accounts Receivable management with special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
