Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location : Woodstock, GA (5 days a week onsite)
Salary : $19 - $21 / hour

Overview :
A growing organization in the construction and environmental services industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team in Woodstock, GA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate project setup, efficient billing processes, and timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up new projects in the accounting system after verifying information with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and process lien waivers for signature and submission.
- Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Accounts Receivable management with special projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting function.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Solid math, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Some college coursework or an Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in the construction or environmental services industry.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL (ERP) or similar accounting software.Broader proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
