• Hold an associates degree or higher; OR
• Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR
• Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
• Working computer knowledge
• Multi-tasked oriented
• Be flexible, reliable, firm and consistent
