Description : Position SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join our Sales Development team as an entry-level Patient Advocate. In this role, you will support patients and referral partners in helping grow awareness of TMS Therapy and Salience Health. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Salience Health or medical sales with full training and mentorship provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients by phone to schedule consultations and answer questions about services.Track and manage patient leads and referral activity using Salesforce.Support the sales process by coordinating with care navigators, insurance teams, and treatment coordinators.Help resolve patient or provider concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Build relationships with referring doctors and ensure they are informed of updates.Reaching out to new and previous TMS therapy patient to engage them in scheduling consultations or meeting with the care navigator team for retreatment.Required Skills & AttributesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.Organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.Professionalism in communication and appearanceWork Environment & Physical DemandsThis is an office-based role with frequent phone and computer use (up to 7075% of the day).
