Competitive Pay Rates : Earn up to $31.75 per hour based on experience and shift! The base rate ranges from $27.50 to $31.00, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

Collecting necessary information for new Residents being admitted

Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature

Administering medications and injections as needed

Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores

Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required

Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene

Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements :

Ability to work effectively as a team member

Valid NY State LPN license

In good standing with State Registry
