Client Account Specialist (Billing) – Law Firm (Seattle, WA | Hybrid)

A leading international law firm seeking an experienced Client Account Specialist to join a leading law firm in Seattle. This hybrid role requires local candidates with prior law firm billing experience . You'll manage client account setup, billing, collections, and portfolio management while collaborating closely with attorneys and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complex billing arrangements, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and deadlines.

Manage full billing cycle from engagement through collections, including eBilling submissions.

Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.

Prepare billing forecasts, monitor collections, and analyze trends to improve realization.

Train and mentor billing team members, sharing best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications :

Prior law firm billing experience required ; bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and client service abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
