FM Physician opportunity in northwest of Hilo, HI.

This is a permanent, full-time position working with a multi-disciplinary team in a community health center setting, so a rewarding chance to positively impact the health of a community. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (16) and no weekends, no after hours, no holidays - great balance of work and personal life! Clinic hours are M-F, 8 : 00-5 : 00.

Candidates must have active HI dental licensure, current DEA and board certified / eligible in FM.

Guaranteed salary ($230K-$260K) with full benefits including health / dental / vision insurance, 3% retirement match, 10 paid holidays, 25 days PTO, paid CEU s (40 hours & $3K), covered malpractice, $10K sign-on bonus and loan repayment options.
