- Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure culinary standards are met.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Strong background in cash handling and financial management within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising staff in a culinary setting, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Proven ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate others.
