General Maintenance Worker

Location : ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY

Workdays / shifts : Weekdays morning shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type : Full-time

Pay Range : $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do :

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas
• Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
