Overview :
We're looking for a highly communicative, customer-focused individual to join our support team for proprietary large-format X-ray machines. While technical skills can be taught, we're seeking someone with exceptional soft skills who can confidently manage customer interactions and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
What You'll Do :
Be the first point of contact for customers, handling 13-15 calls per day
Manage critical conversations with professionalism and composure
Provide application support for Windows-based systems (file structures, databases)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
Participate in a structured 5-week technical training program
Write clear, user-friendly documentation and support materials
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and guide conversations under pressure
Basic understanding of Windows environments and database systems
Compassionate approach to customer service-especially with frustrated users
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, relatable language
Qualifications :
Associate's degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years in tech support or training)
Familiarity with computer hardware / software (A+ certification or internship a plus)
Experience troubleshooting IT issues and applying training effectively
Knowledge of Cisco / Avaya phone systems is helpful but not required
