Territory Sales Representative — HVAC Wholesale Distribution

Location : Houston, Texas

Standard Supply is a leading HVAC wholesale distributor serving residential and commercial contractors across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona . We provide high-quality equipment and materials from top manufacturers, paired with exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative with a strong background in HVAC wholesale distribution . This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who already has a loyal customer base and wants to make an immediate impact with a company that values performance, autonomy, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory through existing relationships and new customer acquisition
  • Promote our full line of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Conduct regular contractor visits, trainings, and joint sales calls
  • Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and leadership to drive territory profitability
  • Track progress using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC wholesale distribution or mechanical trades sales
  • Established customer network within the HVAC contractor community
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to discuss system design and application confidently
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred Backgrounds

    Experience in HVAC distribution — selling to or for large distribution channels, or other established HVAC distributors.
