Seneca Holdings is seeking a Vice President of Business Development. This role is responsible for the Seneca Nation Group's (SNG) business development strategy, initiatives, and execution, working with SNG subsidiaries to drive business success. Key responsibilities include new business development / capture management, market analysis, opportunity identification, strategy development, and managing the execution of the strategy along with monitoring progress toward organizational objectives. This individual is responsible for leading multi-functional, high-impact pursuits to accomplish these objectives in a dynamic, team centric environment.
This Business Development leader will be responsible for developing market strategies and lead a high performing team focused on both competitive and direct award opportunities and implementing specific pursuit strategies. Included are strategies for shaping opportunities, teaming, solutioning (technical, management, and cost) development, proposal staffing / development, etc. The BD leader needs to have a strong understanding of the federal market space, comprehensive knowledge of the 8(a) program and its contracting advantages, deep understanding of teaming concepts and strategic partnership management experiences to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
