• $1000 sign on bonus with 1 year Auto Sales Experience after 90 days

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• One year of Sales Experience (Any) Industry
• Able to work Monday through Saturday (Tuesday or Wednesdays OFF) and every other Sunday
• One weekend OFF every month.
• Be Goal-oriented, Energetic and outgoing 'people persons’ motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
