Job descriptionFacility Type : Acute Care Hospital Trauma Level : Adult Level I Practice Setting : Hospital (Level I Trauma Center) Charting Software : Epic (preferred) Support Staff : CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists Average Census : 1–9 cases per day Patient Population : Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (No Neonatal) Level 1 Trauma experience Wide case variety across multiple specialties NORA coverage required

- Shifts : 4x10s or 3x12s
Facility Details :
○ CRNAs are medically directed (typically 2 : 1 or 3 : 1 ratio; may be up to 4 : 1 for low acuity)
○ Attendings often have a resident in the other room and focus on teaching
Case Mix :
Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart, No OB)
Skills Required :
Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement, (Blocks not typically required)
