We are seeking a professional to join our Payor Partnerships team as a Manager of Payor Partnerships. The Payor Partnerships team manages a $8B commercial revenue portfolio and a high-growth national integrated care business that encompasses more than $5B of medical spend. This is a highly motivated, fun, and fast-paced team with extensive experience in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, and is at the center of DaVita's strategy to grow as payors' partner of choice for kidney care. Position Description : This teammate will serve as a vital member of DaVita's Payor Partnerships team. Key responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining payor relationships, negotiating rates and contract language, redlining of contract documents, issue resolution, coordinating with claims teammates to ensure accurate billing, reimbursement, and contract implementation, and regular communication with regional field operating leaders. This position reports to the Director of Payor Partnerships, for whom this teammate will provide day-to-day support in negotiation and account management efforts. This position requires a limited amount of travel.

Experience and Education : Undergraduate degree (post-graduate professional degree a plus) Minimum of three years' experience in contract language and rate negotiations Healthcare experience preferred
