A local general contractor is seeking a talented Superintendent with a healthcare and commercial project background to add to their team! Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Ground up diverse healthcare and commercial projects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field

Responsibilities:

• Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
• Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
• Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
• Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
