Unit Overview : Our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit provides exemplary care for patients undergoing :
- Post-operative craniotomy for bleed evacuation, aneurysm clipping, and tumor resections.
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.
- Management of hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Recognize changes in patient status and adjust care accordingly.
- Coordinate discharge plans and educate patients and families for optimal recovery.
- Promote a culture of safety and improve patient outcomes through quality initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required.
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed.
