Entry Level Application Development & Support Role

Join Year Up United, an intensive job training program designed for young adults. This one-year or less program offers you the unique opportunity to develop in-demand technical skills, receive personalized coaching, and gain access to internships and job placement services. Participants also enjoy the benefit of an educational stipend.

Your journey begins with comprehensive training in valuable technical and professional skills. You will then embark on an internship with a leading company, BNY Mellon, located in Pittsburgh, where you can apply what you’ve learned.

Are you eligible? You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria :

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday during the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying

What will you gain? You will develop essential professional skills, including business communication, interviewing and networking techniques, as well as resume-building strategies. During your internship, you'll earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
