Description

SUMMARY : Provides service to customers and potential customers seeking various types of retail or mortgage loans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle loans from application and approval to closing and disbursement of funds, dealing directly with the customer.
• Prepare pre-disclosure and closing documents on computer system for other departments as needed. Review loans after closing to ensure loans are packaged properly.
• Maintain an ongoing review of delinquent loans, report, and assist collection department.
• Assist with answering telephone and opening safety deposit boxes as necessary.
• Assist with reviewing mortgages from all branches, retain title fee proceeds, request findings, and forward mortgage for recording.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Bank's written policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money laundering policies.
• Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
