To become our entry-level Crew Helper - Excavator, you need to be able to work 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday (with some flexibility depending on the job) and meet these criteria :

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CREW HELPER - EXCAVATOR?

You support field teams with crucial excavation projects by performing various labor tasks and helping keep everyone safe. Every day brings something different as you help set up job sites, prepare safety barriers, dig trenches, and uncover underground utilities and sewer lines. You follow directions, load materials, and use various tools and equipment to get the job done right. Attentively, you also help spot machinery operators and clean debris to maintain a safe working environment.
