We are actively recruiting for the position of Shift Supervisor for our plant in Brook Park, OH

Shift 2nd - Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• At least 3 years' experience in a leadership / supervisory / production scheduling position, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to confidently supervise others fairly and consistently. Able to manage 20-30 employees
• Knowledgeable in safety procedures, OSHA regulations, etc.
• Experience using Management Information Systems and other production management software.
• Proficient in office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to see, hear, and speak within normal limits in order to effectively communicate with others in production areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be willing / able to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
• Create and present constructive Actions.
• Conduct regular 1 : 1 Meetings with employees.
• Performance Reviews - continually observe and track work performance throughout the entire year.
• 30-60-90 Day New Hire Evaluations.
• Schedule Presses utilizing Offset Press Manager system.
• Set short and long term goals using provided reports, providing continuous feedback.
